Executive Summery: 

       One of the major LonWorks OEM developers in China, develops and manufactures a series of LonWorks based products, including multi-function controllers, control modules, routers, gateways, building automation products, smart home products, industrial control products, such as coalmine gas monitoring and control products, streetlight control products, etc.

       Echelon Authorized LonWorks Independent Developer (LID). Over 15 years experience on LonWorks hardware and software design and development. Have developed LonWorks based products for many Hong Kong and Chinese companies.

       Echelon Authorized Training Center (ATC). Have trained hundreds of companies, universities and organizations throughout China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau.

       Serves as the Technical Support Center for IFSF, International Forecourt Standards Forum, in China. Provides IFSF interface to forecourt devices in gas stations. http://www.ifsf.org

       One of the members for drafting China National Standard GB/Z 20177, “Control Network LONWORKS Technology Specification”, and GB/T 20299, “Digital Technique Application of building and residence community”.

       Deployed many Building Automation Systems in China.

       Deployed streetlight control systems based on Echelon power line communication technology in several cities in China and some foreign countries in Asia.

       Deployed many Building Automation lab systems for universities and colleges in China.

Product Summery:

Vstar provides a variety of control network products based on LonWorks technology, including control nodes, control core modules, routers and gateways.

Control Nodes

General purpose analog and digital input/output control nodes give customers wide range of choices for their applications in building automation, smart home, industrial control and lighting.

Control Modules

Vstar control module series consist of VCN-FT3150CM, VCN-FT5000CM, VCN-PL3150CM and VCN-PL3120CM, based on LonWorks free topology twisted pair and power line communication technology, which are compliant with ISO/IEC 14908 standards.

Routers

Vstar LonWorks routers connect two channels, FT-10 to FT-10 or FT-10 to PL-20. Employed standard routing algorithm, the routers are easy to use in LonWorks networks. PL-FT routers can be used on single phase or three-phase power main as per specification.

Gateways

Vstar provides gateways for different applications, such as RS232/485 to LonWorks, Modbus to LonWorks, proprietary  protocols to LonWorks/IFSF protocol, for HVAC, emergency lighting, gas stations, etc.

Street Lighting Controllers

Vstar street lighting controllers are designed for street lighting monitoring, control and energy management. Based on Echelon power line and automatic repeating technology, Vstar SLC-20 controllers provide reliable communication over power line and rich features for street light monitoring and control. Vstar SLCs are installed in each streetlight and provide dimming and ON/OFF control for HPS and metal halide lamps with magnetic and electronic ballasts. Vstar SLCs work together with Echelon SmartServer and Streetlight.vision software for street lighting monitoring, control and energy management.
